By participating as a vendor at our markets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Vendor Fee

• All vendors are required to pay a $75 vendor fee to secure their space.

• Spaces are not reserved until payment is received and confirmed.

2. Licensing & Insurance

• All vendors must hold and provide proof of valid business licensing where applicable.

• All vendors must carry their own general liability insurance.

3. Booth Setup Requirements

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and a 10x10 tent or booth setup.

• Vendors are responsible for all display materials and setup needs.

4. Event Promotion

• Vendors are required to promote the event on their social media platforms prior to the event date.

5. Location & Parking

• The event is held in the parking lot at 4023 S. Central Avenue.

• Vendors may pull into the lot briefly to unload/load equipment.

• After unloading, vendors must park on surrounding streets.

6. Setup & Breakdown

• Setup begins 2 hours prior to the event start time.

• Vendors must be fully set up by the event start time.

• Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.

• Vendors may begin packing up no earlier than 30 minutes before the event ends.

7. Power Access

• Access to electricity is limited and not guaranteed.

• Power will be provided on an as-needed basis and at the discretion of event organizers.

8. Vendor Sharing

• Any booth sharing or splitting space with another vendor must be disclosed and approved by event organizers prior to the event.

9. Conduct & Operations

• This is an all-ages event.

• Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, clean, and respectful presence.

• No disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

10. Sales Tax & Responsibility

• Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax and complying with California state laws.

11. Prohibited Items

• No illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited goods may be sold.

• Event organizers reserve the right to restrict items at their discretion.

12. Cleanup

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean during and after the event.

• All trash must be removed or disposed of properly.

13. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued due to vendor cancellation.

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the event host.

14. Weather & Force Majeure

• The event will proceed rain or shine.

• In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to fire, government restrictions, or emergencies), the event may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.

15. No-Show Policy

• Vendors who fail to show without prior notice may lose eligibility for future events.

16. Liability

• Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, inventory, staff, and operations.

• Vendors agree to release and hold harmless CNVS or South Central Market, event organizers, property owners, and affiliates from any liability, loss, injury, or damages that may occur during participation.

17. Photography & Marketing

• Event organizers reserve the right to photograph and/or record the event.

• Vendor participation may be used in promotional materials without compensation.

18. Right to Modify

• Event organizers reserve the right to modify vendor placement, rules, or event structure as needed to ensure safety and operational flow.
